We accept returns and exchanges within five business days of product delivery, unless otherwise noted (e.g., items that cannot be returned or have a different return or exchange policy). At our sole discretion, after five business days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.

Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. This means that the item(s) must not be a special or custom order and must show no signs of use or damage. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault. Items that are defective or incorrectly sent from us will be eligible for store credit or a credit refund through your original form of payment. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) upon receipt. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
